Refund Eligibility

For misprinted, damaged or defective items, claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the product.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn and undamaged condition.

For orders lost in transit, claims must be filed within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your return, our team will promptly inspect the item.

If approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

For credit/debit card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your statement.

Exchanges

We do not currently facilitate exchanges. However, you can place a new order for the desired product, and new shipping charges will apply.
